Ethical Guidelines
Bakkrans:
- Fires and cooking are allowed at the braai area, but not at the houses or in the open veld.
- Please do not leave burning candles unattended in the house.
- Furniture and bedding may not be removed and used outside the houses.
- If you plan to sleep outside in the open, please bring your own sleeping bag. We will supply you with comfortable mattresses.
- Please do not pick any flowers or remove any plants. Also, do not feed any wildlife.
- Please do not gather any firewood from the veld.
- Pets, loud music, firearms, mountain bikes and quad bikes are strictly forbidden in the reserve.
- When you on any walk-about, please inform your guide and friends where you are going and when to expect you back.
- Please stay well clear of all the cliff overhangs, but especially near the splash pool.
- If you are the driver of a vehicle the Reserve, please ensure not to drive off the existing roads.
Ou Werf:
